This renovation of an interwar home in Cottesloe seeks to provide a young family of five an expansive and connected set of living zones that seamlessly connect the interior and exterior spaces. The result is a resort style environment that supports a number of modes of occupation and entertaining year round.

Working with a fresh coastal palette, natural stone and whites have been employed with accents of timber for warmth. Textured masonry and renders tie in with the existing home features and help establish a dialogue between new and old.

The landscape design evokes the sense of a sculpted and excavated landscape with lush vegetation within coastal limestone outcrops.
